Real Time Alerts for Online Banking

Want to know when a deposit hits your account or an ATM withdrawal occurs? Get alerted! Real Time Alerts from State Savings Bank let you know the moment something happens in your account by instantly sending a message via text, e-mail, or to your online banking Secure Inbox. You can choose from dozens of alerts so you’ll always know what’s happening with your money and you can watch for suspicious activity.

Three Types of Real Time Alerts

Security Alerts Account Alerts Broadcast Alerts
Receive alerts when your account information is changed or if someone else is trying to access your online banking.  Receive alerts after transactions, balances, or other activities related to your card, deposit, or loan accounts change. Receive alerts with important or urgent information State Savings Bank wants all online banking customers to know.

We recommend all our online banking customers configure security alerts and broadcast messages. These alerts are rare but when you get one, it's important!

Real Time Alerts are provided free of charge but depending on your cellphone plan, your carrier may apply standard message rates and data charges to receive your text messages or reply to them.

NOTE: Because Real Time Alerts is a new online banking feature, current customers must read and accept our revised Terms and Conditions notice which adds a new section called Real Time Alerts.
