Invoicing & Payments Made Easy

State Savings Bank business customers can create and send professional invoices and get paid electronically with Autobooks right from within Business Online Banking.

Autobooks lets businesses:

• Create and email one-time or recurring professional invoices customized with your company logo, branding and messages
• Setup and customize a secure payment form that can be shared anywhere to let customers make payments quickly and easily online
• View all sent, paid and outstanding invoices in the Autobooks interface
• Enable automatic reminders for upcoming and past due invoices
• Enable and modify late fees, grace periods and sales tax rates
• Receive payments directly into your State Savings Bank account
• Optionally upgrade to the Autobooks Accounting Package for a monthly fee
• Receive customer support directly from Autobooks

Autobooks lets your customers:

• Pay your invoices immediately using your secure payment form
• Pay with a credit/debit card or by ACH Transfer
• Tap to pay via an iPhone app using a digital wallet

How Much Does Autobooks Cost?

Autobooks Invoicing and Payments capability is a standard feature of Business Online Banking provided to our Business Banking customers at no charge. There are however, interchange fees associated with collecting payments, currently 1% for ACH and 3.49% for card not present payments that will be charged to you by Autobooks.

Additionally, Autobooks offers an Accounting package with expanded functionality and reporting. If you wish to consider an upgrade, you will see a description of the accounting functions and pricing disclosures. Electing not to upgrade does not impact your ability to send invoices or collect payments.

How to Enroll

Autobooks is accessed through Business Banking via the Invoicing & Payments link. If you are currently enrolled in Business Banking, login and click the link and follow the steps to enroll. If you get confused or stuck, click the Support icon on the setup screen to speak with an Autobooks customer service representative.

If your business currently uses Retail Online Banking, you must change to Business Banking to use Autobooks. This is a quick and easy process which we will assist with. Please call your account officer to request this change.
