You must first enroll in online banking before you can enroll in e-Statements and you must be able to open, save or print a pdf document to view your e-Statements. Online banking is compatible with the following web browsers: Microsoft Edge, Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 and mobile version 11, Google Chrome 38 and higher, Firefox 27 and higher, and Mobile Safari version 5 and higher. TLS v1.2 encryption protocol must be enabled. To enroll in online banking, click here.
NOTE: The steps detailed below must be completed in a web browser. If you are trying to enroll from our mobile app, tap the menu icon, scroll down to the Bank Information section and tap Website. Once you are on the website, browse to the Personal menu, tap the chevron, tap e-Statement Enrollment, and follow the instructions.
Once logged in, locate the Mail secure e-mail link as shown in the picture below.
Click the Compose tab and type e-Statement enrollment in the subject line.
In the body of the message, type your name, the verification code you noted in step 1, and any account numbers you wish to exclude from e-statements. (All of your accounts will be enrolled in e-Statements unless you note exclusions in your message.)
Click the Send button.

Setting Up an e-Statement Alert
You can set up an alert on your SSB account so you receive an e-mail notification when your statement is available for viewing. Follow these simple instructions to set it up!
Log into Online Banking from a web browser.
Locate the Welcome bar along the upper right and click Alerts.
Click the Setup New Alert link.
In the New Alert area, verify that the correct account type is displayed in the Select a Category drop-down list.
Open the Select a Type drop-down list and choose Statement is Available and click Next.
Select the account for which you want an alert. Note: If you have multiple accounts, you may want to setup an alert for each one if they are produced at different times during the month.
Enter you e-mail address and click Finish. Your alert will appear in the Notify When list and each time a statement is produced, you will receive an e-mail.
